When the RLJ McLarty-Landers automotive group decided to sell Fiats at one of their existing locations in Olathe, Kansas, they need a building to display models and service vehicles. Jeff Vanderpool took the wheel as Senior Project Manager to accomplish this task for the group. Onsite, Superintendent Noel Ross supervised the demolition of an existing building down to its frame. Currently, Rothwell Construction is hard at work reconstructing the inside of the building and adding a new side entrance canopy for the service ride-up. The exterior finish of the building will be American fiber cement panels and aluminum composite panels, allowing the building to stand out new in an existing dealership lot.
