Preston started Rothwell Construction in 2004. His vision, coupled with his tenacious drive, has been the force behind the company’s rapid growth and continued success. Preston’s project responsibility includes managing all project activities from concept through completion. As Project Manager, Preston handles all pre-planning, design assistance, scheduling, and project administration. Preston is the primary contact and team leader for each of his projects. As company President, Preston’s leadership contributions are paramount to the company’s success.

Bob’s project responsibilities and authority include managing all project activities from concept to completion. As a Project Manager, Bob handles estimating, planning, scheduling, value engineering, and project administration. Bob is the main contact and team leader once the project is underway, and as a Partner in the firm, Bob has complete authority throughout all project phases.
