Preston Rothwell founded Rothwell Construction in 2004 with a mission to build a company anchored in trust, quality, and lasting impact. From the beginning, his leadership has fueled the company’s sustained growth and reputation for excellence across the commercial construction industry.
Today, Preston serves as President & Chief Financial Officer, directing the company’s overall performance, long-term strategy, and business development initiatives. His leadership is now focused on overall company direction with a clear emphasis on strengthening Rothwell’s legacy—ensuring the company’s systems, culture, and team are built for continued success.
He is focused on forging key relationships, guiding financial planning, and building systems that support sustainable growth through people, process, and performance. Preston also plays a critical role in mentoring the company’s leadership team and principal partners, ensuring that Rothwell’s core values—integrity, accountability, and excellence—are reflected in every project and partnership.
Though Rothwell Construction began with Preston’s vision in 2004, he openly acknowledges that the company’s current success has been made possible by a team whose talent, dedication, and leadership have taken it farther than he could have achieved alone. Watching that vision evolve into a dynamic, values-driven organization has been one of his proudest accomplishments.

Noel Ross brings over two decades of construction management and supervision experience to Rothwell Construction. Since joining the company in 2009, Noel has consistently demonstrated the discipline, field expertise, and leadership that define Rothwell’s standard of excellence.
As a Principal, Noel is a core member of the ownership group, helping to shape the long-term vision and values of the company. In his role as Vice President, he drives operational strategy and ensures that the company’s project delivery systems are efficient, consistent, and aligned with client expectations. As a Senior Project Manager, he remains deeply engaged in the field—overseeing critical projects and maintaining close coordination with clients, trades, and internal teams.
Noel is known for his precision, organizational strength, and unwavering commitment to quality. His expertise spans scheduling, cost control, site logistics, manpower planning, and regulatory compliance. He leads by example—mentoring junior managers and reinforcing Rothwell’s culture of accountability, integrity, and consistent execution.

Today, Bob serves as Senior Advisor, where he brings his deep industry knowledge and leadership experience to the next generation of project managers. Skyler Ross is a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager supporting the execution of commercial construction projects at Rothwell Construction. Currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at Missouri State University, Skyler brings a strong foundation in construction principles, project planning, cost estimating, and scheduling.
Skyler plays a key role in providing operational support across pre-construction and active job sites, assisting senior project managers in day-to-day coordination, documentation, and quality control. With a forward-focused mindset and commitment to learning, Skyler is positioned as part of Rothwell’s next generation of leadership.

Today, Jeff serves as Senior Advisor – Business Development, where he leverages his strong industry relationships, strategic insight, and deep knowledge of the construction process to support Rothwell’s continued growth. His role centers on building and strengthening connections with clients, partners, and industry leaders, while identifying new opportunities that align with Rothwell’s mission and values.
