President & CEO

Preston started Rothwell Construction in 2004. His vision, coupled with his tenacious drive has been the force behind the rapid growth and continues cuccess of the company. Preston’s project responsibility includes the complete management of all project activities from concept through completion. As project manager, Preston handles all pre-planning, design assist, scheduling and project administration. Preston is the main contact and team leader for each of his projects. As company president, Preston’s leadership contributions are paramount to the successes of the company.

Bob Richards

Principal & Senior Project Manager

Bob’s project responsibilities and authority include the management of all project activities from concept to completion. As project manager, Bob handles estimating, planning, scheduling, value-engineering and project administration. Bob is the main contact and team leader once the project is underway, and as a partner in the firm, Bob has complete authority throughout all phases of the project.

Jeff Vanderpool
